The paper is concerned with an effect of temperature, gas and ion factors of aquatic environnieuf on metabolic processes in fresh-water fishes, adaptive sturgeon mechanisms under antropogenic action on aquatic ecosystems. Metabolic formational mechanisms of complex behavioral forms of the Black Sea fishes are analyzed with dynamics of their numbers and productivity. Optimization recommendations are substantiated as to utilization of natural population productivity and organization of production process control under conditions of aquatic culture
