(A) The nuclear localization of PfPHD1 and PfPHD2 were interrogated by IFA using anti-PfPHD1 and PfPHD2 antibodies. Nuclei were counter-stained by DAPI. Scale bar = 5 μm. BF, bright field. (B) Immunoprecipitation (IP) of proteins from lysates of the PfGCN5::PTP parasite line using agarose conjugated with either anti-PfPHD1 or PfPHD2 antibodies.
