SUMMARY This research aimed to find out how the professionalism of BUMDes managers work in Bontomanai District. The population in this research were all BUMDes managers in Bontomanai District and the sample was taken by the purposive sampling method where the respondents were taken as interested parties and knew about the problem being studied. Data was collected by means of documentation and direct interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that the nine BUMDes in Bontomanai District did not have good competence, effectiveness, efficiency, and work responsibilities, so it can be concluded that the BUMDes managers in Bontomanai District have poor work professionalism....
