The difficulties of the current winter sports season point the fragilities of the way of tourism development adopted by the mid-mountain resorts. Issues of the period of post-war reconstruction, these resorts are built in the fordist context covering development policies. The model of integrated resorts designs them as growth poles whose functionality and rationality are supposed to suffice their performance.
