The acceleration of the urbanisation presents one of the biggest problems of the contemporary societies. The phenomena is particularly strong in the third world. Morocco, live as majority of the developing countries, is suffering from this problem since the society passed from a rural way of life to a more and more urbanised one in less than one century.
