Nowadays reference hygrometers are linked to temperature standards via humid gas generators. To allow hygrometers calibration for positives temperatures up to 90°C, a prototype has been corried out. The mass and heat transfer developed model is introduced. The dew point temperature uncertainty is estimated using the uncertainties propagation law then using the propagations of distributions.
