This PhD research is questioning construction modes and financial accessibility to housing. It focuses on a prospective research for new production modes for low-cost housing that are valorising territorial resources of Saône-et-Loire and giving priority to a local development. In a time where stakes for territorial attraction are together linked with employment and quality of life, the question of habitat plays a key role.
