Foram avaliados o crescimento e o desenvolvimento de 23 cabritos machos castrados, nascidos entre junho e julho de 2008 e abatidos com 11-12 meses de idade, da unidade de pecu??ria familiar Arroio da Palma. Estes foram avaliados de agosto de 2008 a junho de 2009. Durante o per??odo foram coletados os custos de produ????o e as caracter??sticas in vivo como: peso corporal, comprimento, per??metro tor??cico, compacidade e a cada 28 dias e calculado o ganho m??dio de peso.
