Production Process Improvement

This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of improvement of the production processes. This thesis is divided into three basic parts, theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the process and process management. Furthermore, there are mentioned methods, which make it possible to analyze the production processes and improve them. Some of these methods are used in the practical part. In this part the thesis deals with the issues of the specific production process of TES Vsetín, Ltd. Based on the analysis of this process there will be created a proposal of improvement of this process. This improvement is then also expressed in monetary units
