Analysis and Proposal for an Improvement of the Production Process

This thesis deals with the flow of orders in Araplast s.r.o, a road sign-manufacturing company. First part of the thesis is theoretical and explains the basic principles of production. Second part deals with practical aspects – detection of problems in the manufacturing process based on analysis of the current situation. On this basis, I propose my own solution to improve and streamline production. Finally, I confront the current situation with proposed solution and evaluate contribution of the solution
