Add to ORKGThe bachelor thesis deals with the topic of machining of hardened steels on CNC machines. In the first part there is the description of the company, in which the particular hardened part was machined. The next part of the thesis focuses on properties of hardened steel and their suitability for machining. The middle part of the work states the basic machining technologies used in the company and programming of the CNC machines. Further there are described the materials of the cutting tools for machining of the steel from selected producers/manufacturers. At the end of this thesis the machining of the particular hardened component is described, and the evaluation of the technology procedure is made
