Mode of production design of a given tool and its sharpening on a CNC grinder Walter

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to explain the production and sharpening issues of tools for Walter CNC tool grinder. This thesis contains a brief description of the manufacturing and measuring machine, tool design and its usage. Furthermore, a selection of grinding wheels is performed including their cutting conditions. A part of the thesis presents actual grinding of the tool and measuring its parameters
