Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction

The thesis deals with a survey of customer´s satisfaction in the company KABESTAV. The theoretic part describes the problematics of marketing research and a questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. The practical part is describing company; where, in which way and with what results was the costumer satisfaction survey made. These indicators are shown in tables and graphs.
