Add to ORKGBachelor‘s thesis deals with research of customer satisfaction at the company Mediterran Slovakia s.r.o. The aim of this work is to suggest and perform a marketing research. It’s divided into three parts. In the first part the problem is expressed from a theoretical perspective with the help of literature. The next part consists of the analysis of the company and its surroundings, SWOT analysis, analysis of the marketing mix and the evaluation of the inquiry. The last part contains tips and suggestions on how to increase the satisfaction rating of the customers
