Control system for assembly and test automatic machine for electronics of car seats

The thesis deals with definition of safety, traceability systems, creation of PLC programs for testing device control system and creation of Operator panel software. The thesis is divided into the machine specification and description, OP function description including function keys and the description of the control system with samples of the completed PLC program. The PLC program is written in STL and FBD language in STEP7. The conclusion describes functionality of the device
