Sauna is located in ground floor. The house is roofed by vegetation roof, roof with concrete pavement and pent roof with a slope of 10,0° plotted with a concrete roof tiles. The house is built on strip made of concrete. Horizontal supporting structures and vertical supporting structures in the overgound part of building are from Porotherm system. Vertical supporting structures in basement are from concrete permanent formwork. Outer walls are insulated.
