Detached house on a slope

The goal of the Bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the design of a family house located on higly sloped land in village Lubná. Object is designed as detached house. Object has one above and one underground floor. Construction system of the building is brick. Bearing walls are in contact with the terrain and made of the permanent formwork together based on foundation pads and strips. The ceiling are monoliths of reinforced concrete. The building's roof is a countertop with sheet metal roofing. The supporting structure of the roof consists of wooden trusses. The object is insulated by contact thermal insulating system ETICS. There are garage for two cars, entrance to the object, office and private zone on above the ground floor. The priate zone is consisting of two rooms, bedroom and bathroom. Together with the office, the chill zone is connected to the terrace. In the basement, there are living room with kitchenette, gym with bathroom, utility room and restroom. The living room and gym are functionally connected to outdoor terraces
