Multifunctional Building Brno

Residetial house is located in the street Milady Horákové in Brno city center. In this street are some historically listed buildings. Next to the gap is a residential house designed by Josef Müller. These buildings influenced the appearance of design buildings though, there is a new poly-functional building from Dobrý dům s.r.o.. The most important element of the building are high windows which harmonize with old structure. On the facade is an art element made by different composition of bricks. It is in front of the part of the windows and let the sun go to the interior and the wall slowly pass to the window. Residetial building has 8. floors. On the first floor is a passage. On the first and the second floor is designed a shop. On the second floor is also a small flat. On the other floor are flats. On the last floors there are two duplex flats. Parking is provide by automatic parking system. The residential buildings is characterized by connection old materials and new technologies. It presents the evolution of architecture in the street
