Dissertation analyzes the influence of organizational culture in company value. The theoretical part mapped existing knowledge about the organizational culture and its impact on company performance, and expanded model of organizational culture of E. Schein by delay factor. The practical part of the dissertation consists of research conducted on 59 companies operating in the Czech Republic in industry, services and construction.
