2010 was International Biodiversity Year and it is therefore logical to observe that it is no longer acceptable to say that the weakening of animal and vegetable diversity has nothing to do with human activity. In this article we will suggest a number of actions that will be helpful in a program of sustainable territorial development and which are specifically aimed at improving the human environment while rehabilitating the natural world and emphasizing that it is of primary importance.
