The transition from high school to college can be a challenging time for some students. Feelings of loneliness, being homesick, and being anxious about starting a new chapter in life are common emotions a transitioning college student may have. Solid preparation and mental foresight can prove to be useful in making for a successful transition to college from high school. Often times the new college atmosphere is too much for some students to handle, so it is encouraged that future college students learn all they can before this transition begins
