Introduction : L’efficacité et la tolérance de l’oxygénothérapie aux lunettes haut débit (OLHD) chez le nouveau-né prématuré ont été démontrées en relais post extubation, mais les données concernant l’OLHD en primo-thérapie dans le syndrome de détresse respiratoire du nouveau-né prématuré sont insuffisantes et discordantes.
