Both pathologies are well known risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and silent white matter lesions. Analysis of patients with migraine and hypertension has evoked an interesting patient’s interpretation of the condition: the patient with previous headache history from the moment he was told about the hypertension has forgotten about migraine and was considering every headache as caused by hypertension.
