This thesis is devoted to the development of new methods for the separation of peptides and proteins. Attention is focused on proteins that stick to the capillary wall (various dynamic coatings of the inner surface of the capillary). In this work many modes of the capillary electrophoreses or its combination with the mass spectrometry are used. The theoretical part describes CE separation mechanisms of peptides and proteins, problems of choose of right separation conditions and possibilities of suppressing adsorption of these compounds to the inner wall of the capillary.
