The impacts of government measures in context with Covid-19 on the economy of the individual entrepreneur

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide an overview of the impacts of the Covid-19 epidemic on the economy of an individual entrepreneur in 2020 in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis introduces the reader to the term of entrepreneur, self-employed person and the ways in which entrepreneurial activity can be registered. The next part of the thesis describes what the disease Covid-19 is and what regulations the government of the Czech Republic issued in 2020. The core of the bachelor´s thesis is the third part which focuses mainly on nationwide measures in the form of compensation programs issued by the government to support business activities. For better comprehensibility the impacts of these programs are demonstrated on partial illustrative examples, which aim is to show their impact on the economy of an individual entrepreneur in tax evidence and double-entry bookkeeping. The last part of the thesis mentions another measures issued by the government at the beginning of 2021.Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnout přehled o tom, jaké dopady měla epidemie Covid-19 na hospodaření individuálního podnikatele v roce 2020 v České republice. První část práce čtenáře seznamuje s pojmem podnikatel, osoba samostatně výdělečně činná a se způsoby, kterými lze evidovat podnikatelskou činnost. Další část práce popisuje, co je onemocnění Covid-19 a jaká nařízení vláda České republiky vydala v roce 2020. Jádrem bakalářské práce je část třetí, která se zaměřuje především na celoplošná opatření v podobě kompenzačních programů vydaných vládou pro podporu podnikatelské činnosti. Pro lepší srozumitelnost jsou dopady těchto programů znázorněny na dílčích aplikačních příkladech, které mají za úkol zobrazit jejich vliv na hospodaření individuálního podnikatele, jak v daňové evidenci, tak v podvojném účetnictví. Poslední část práce pak zmiňuje další opatření, které vláda vydala na začátku roku 2021
