This bachelor´s thesis concentrates on burnout syndrome and risk factors leading to its occurrence in the workplace. The aim of the theoretical part was to precisely study Czech and foreign literature for the chosen topic of burnout syndrome and to conduct a literature research. Furthermore, a qualitative research was conducted, where a group of respondents working in the field of human resources was subjected to a semi-structured interview. The answers were analyzed and interpreted using thematic data analysis in parallel with the method of open coding and analytical induction.
