In recent months, I have been contacted by leaders from the business, government, nonprofit and education sectors asking for advice about unconscious bias training. My initial response always includes, Be careful, and then I ask them the following question: Do you want to train employees so you can \u27say\u27 you have done something, or do you want individuals, teams and organizations to experience the beginnings of a potential transformation? After a surprised look, most confirm the latter. At this point in history, I hope all leaders want to do the latter
