In the next 2 quarters, on 3 plots, in the area of 2 hectares of intercepted dobeles (24 cm in diameter) on the edges, about 10 m from the wall of the coniferous forest, and at a distance of at least 20 meters from each other, 10 holes per hectare. A thin twig is applied to the top of the Dobele and the Pheromonous preparation Hylodor is attached to it. Pits are inspected and cleaned every two weeks. In pits, the beetles of pine proboscis are collected, counted and destroyed. Accounting is carried out from late April to end of August.
