The purpose of this study was to see the stress that affects cyberloafing behavior at PT Muara Dua Palembang. This research is a case study research. The subjects in this study were employees who worked at PT Muara Dua Palembang. The data technique in this study used an online questionnaire instrument distributed through social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram,. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test (R2) with the help of SPSS 25.0 for windows software.
