This final report will attempt to concisely summarize the activities and accomplishments associated with NASA Grant and to include pertinent documents in an appendix. The project initially had one primary and several secondary objectives. The original primary objective was to couple into the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) nonequilibrium chemistry Euler equation entry vehicle flowfield code, INEQ3D, the Texas A&M University (TAMU) local thermodynamic nonequilibrium (LTNE) radiation model. This model had previously been developed and verified under NASA Langley and NASA Johnson sponsorship as part of a viscous shock layer entry vehicle flowfield code.
