Pengaruh pelatihan, disiplin kerja dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan di Kabupaten Malang

ABSTRACTThis study attempts to know: (1) description of training, discipline work and supervision of employee performance. (2) influence training to employee performance. (3) influence discipline work on performance employees. (4) influence supervision work on performance employees. (5) influence training, discipline work and supervision simultaneously on performance employees. This research is quantitative research using linear regression multiple analysis. The results of the analysis descriptive in the research indicated (1) training, discipline work and supervision of employee performance the effect had been quite good. (2) there was no a positive influence and significant variable training to of employee performance. (3) there are a positive influence and significant variable discipline work on variables of employee performance. (4) is the significant and positive variable supervision on variables of employee performance.
