The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance by mediating organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Philanthropic Organizations in Malang Raya. This research is a quantitative study with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The population in this study is 154 employees from 10 philanthropic organizations in Malang Raya.
