This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office 1 Medan. This research uses quantitative methods. The subject of this research consisted of 120 employees . The data of this research were collected using organizational citizenship behavior scale, organizational culture scale and organizational commitment scale.
