PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, KEBIJAKAN PENDANAAN, DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

The purpose of this study is to test and analysis the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy to the firm value with managerial ownership as moderating. The population in this study is 17 Property and Real Estate companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the periode of 2017-2019. The sample collection technique used purposive sampling methode, they were selected based on 3 criteria with the amount of observation is 51 data. The data analysis used multiple liniear regression with EVIEWS 10. The test results show that funding decisions had a significant effect on firm value, while investment decision and dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value. This test also shows that managerial ownership unable to moderate the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on firm value
