PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, KEBIJAKAN HUTANG, DAN KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERCATAT DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, debt policy, and managerial ownership on firm value. The population studied are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method as many as 17 companies. Collecting and collecting secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data were tested using SPSS, with normality test, multiple regression test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of F-test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The results showed that profitability had an effect on firm value. Dividend policy has an effect on firm value. Debt policy has an effect on firm value. Managerial ownership has an effect on firm value. profitability, dividend policy, debt policy, and managerial ownership have a simultaneous effect on firm value
