Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has spread domestically and internationally, with approximately 134 billion confirmed cases worldwide and over 2 million deaths attributed to the virus. Frontline healthcare workers are at a substantially higher risk of infection and death due to excessive COVID-19 exposure while also facing mental health challenges.
