The paper has the empirical character. The aim of the study was to diagnose the sources of information for assessment of subjective person − organization fit during the recruitment process. The results of the study suggest that, to determine their person − organization fit, people rely on certain components of organizational culture, like quality of services and products, development opportunities much more then on others.
