This research is motivated by developments in technology and information that are increasingly advanced at present, especially in buying and selling transactions. Currently, many buying and selling transactions are based online. Children as a legal subject also often make buying and selling transactions online. One of the media that is often used by children in buying and selling online is Facebook. This study aims to determine the responsibility of the marketplace and the seller to children as consumers in online buying and selling transactions via Facebook.
