Presents stage five of the sector skills agreement for the lifelong learning sector in England. "This document consolidates the research and consultations to establish the key skills issues in the sector, and to reach agreement on the solutions and specific actions needed to resolve them. These are necessary steps towards achieving LLUK’s vision: the UK lifelong learning workforce will be the best in the world. The document also describes the action plans that have been developed for each of the main constituencies of the sector, and reports on the state of agreement between employers, skills providers, funding bodies and other partners and stakeholders." - Page 4
