CREATING THE PANEL OF THEMONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES AGAINST THE VARIANTS OF THE GROUP-SPECIFIC A-ANTIGENE OF THE MAN'S AVO SYSTEM

The methods of investigation: the determination of the serological and immunochemical characteristics of antibodies, using the methods of direct reaction of agglutination and by the immunoferment analysis on the natrocellulose membrane; the methods of the hybridome technology have been used also. The unique panel of the monoclonal antibodies with the different epitopic specificity for the differentiation of the man's A-antigene subgroups has been created. The obtained monoclonal antibodies can be used by the blood service, intended for typing the donors' and recipients' blood with high accuracy, and by forensic-medicine laboratories with investigation of the blood and saliva spots.
