Variation in structure of the connective-tissue skeleton and smooth musculature of large intestine

The work is aimed at studying the local, age features of the structure of all elements of the connective-tissue skeleton and smooth musculature of the large intestine of the people with the different form of the intestine and at revealing the dependence of structure variations. The structure of the connective-tissue skeleton and smooth musculature of the large intestine has been described depending on its form. The quantitative relationship of the smooth-muscular cells, fibers, fibroblasts of the different layers of the large intestine has been established. The variants of structure can be used in the conditions of the clinic understanding the pathogenesis of some diseases of the given organ. The change of the tissue pressure can serve as an early diagnostic test for revealing the loci of affection of the large intestine.
