ACCURACY RISE AND OUTPUT RISE OF MACHINING OF PARTS BY PROVIDING FOR SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS OF JIGS

There the study objects are the parts of machine jigs, which operate under the conditions of diverse types of wear and of contact interaction. The purpose is to solve the problem about the rise of accuracy and output of machining of parts on basis of providing for the service characteristics and for the dimensions of machine jigs. The scientific foundations for the design-process tools, for the mathematical software and for the information apparatus of service characteristics of machine jigs, which determine the accuracy and the ouput of machining, have been developed. The computation techniques of service characteristics of jigs have been offered; the recommendations for their design-process providing have been given.
