CONSTRUCTION OF MODEL GENES AND INVESTIGATION OF MECHANISMS FOR THEIR EXPRESSION IN PRO- AND EUKARYOTIC SYSTEMS

The work covers the analogs of oligonucleotides, synthetic genes, mechanisms of translation, construction of plasmids and producers, transgenic plants. The aim of the work is to create the approaches and to construct the model genes for studying functional signals of mRNA translation and also to construct the bacteria and plants producing the man's beta -interferon. The analysis of properties in the sulphur-containing analogs of nucleotic acids, study of the mechanisms and functional signals for translation of the mRNA bacteria and plants, investigation of the transgene inheritance stability by the plant-transformers have been performed. The new expressing vectors have been constructed, and the producers on their base have been manufactured. The genes of angiotensin and man's beta -interferon have been synthesized. The transgenic tobacco and alfalfa plants synthesizing the man's beta -interferon have been made.
