SIMULATION OF EMERGENCIES WITH FIRES AND WITH EXPLOSIONS AT INSTALLATIONS OF STORAGE AND OF TRANSPORTATION OF LIQUEFIED HYDROCARBON GASES

There the new method to estimate the risk, which is applicable for the wide class of installations, has been developed; the simulators of processes taking place in the emergencies have been improved; the simulator to compute the distribution functions of affecting factors of fire and explosion has been developed. The zones of individual risk as well as the values of social and material risk for the real installations, the recommendations to increase the fire safety of installations with the presence of liquefied gases have been computed. The plan of "Fire Safety of Processes. General Requirements" State Standard has been developed. The offers to rise the fire safety of storehouses of liquefied gases at the Sayany Production Association "Khimprom", the recommendations to decrease the fire safety at the number of other enterprises have been developed. The damage from emergencies has been reduced, the death and the traumatizing of people have been avoided.
