The theoretical bases of the time fixation to the front of the reflected signals have been developed. The device - multifrequency pulse radar-reflectometer has been created. The plasma investigations have been performed on two tokamaks by means of this device during of which a number of the new effects has been discovered. Application field: Troitsky Institute of Innovation and Thermonuclear Investigations, Russian Scientific Centre "Kurchatovsky Institute", St.-Petersburg Physical-Technical InstituteAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
