The reflectometry is one of useful tools for the measurement of electron density profile and density fluctuation in high temperature plasmas. The single channel wide-band reflectometer in the range of 8GHz and 15GHz was manufactured to measure the density profile of the tokamak plasma on TRIAM-1M and some tests were executed. A synthesizer in the range of 10MHz and 50GHz was adopted as the source of microwave. The effective bandwidth of reflectometer is limited by isolators, which are installed for the exclusion of standing waves in the reflectometer.
