THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE METHODS OF ANALYSIS AND STANDARDIZATION OF THE NEW COMPOUNDS, DERIVATIVES OF GAMMA-AMINOOIL ACID

The object of investigation: mephebut, gammoxin, karphedon, pikamylon. The purpose of the work: to develop the methods of evaluation of quality and standardization of the new active compounds of the noonhrope and hypotensive action, the creation of projects of the temporary pharmacopoeia articles. For the first time, a complex study of the physico-chemical properties (expernal appearance, solubility, melting temperatere, pH of water solutions, spectral characteristics) of the new medicinal sunstances has been performed, the possibility of use of the number of chemical and instrumental methods in its analysis has been studied as well as the stability of the compounds at storage. The methods of provement of validity, the determination of cleanness and the quantitative analysis of gammoxine, mephebut, karphedone and pikamylon-acid in the substantion and in medicinal forms have been developed; the terms of its fittness have been established.
