Studying the influence of the thermal and deformation treatment on the destruction of the construction steel with a view to improving the operational properties

The destruction processes taking place in the construction carbon steel at the different methods of effect on it have been studied. The work is aimed at studying the laws of the destruction processes of the construction steel depending on the composition and treatment, at the developing of the plain technological method for the determination of the destruction point, at creating the methods of strengthening and check of the items hindering with the development of the destruction or revealing the destruction processes. Established have been the laws of changes of defect of the module of elasticity, internal friction and signals of acoustic emission with the development of the destruction processes. The effect of restoration of plasticity with the low-cycle load has been detected. The process of strengthening of bushing on the base of the effect of restoration of plasticity with the alturnating deformation has been developed; the method of the non-destruction method of checking has been improved. The method of non-destructive method of check has been introduced in the SPA MASHINOSTROITEL. The possibility of the 100-percent control but not random has been obtained.
