THE ADAPTIVE MODIFICATION OF THE HORMONAL MECHANISMS OF REGULATION OF THE EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS RESISTANCE TO THE COLD

Investigated have been 450 he-rats of the Wistar population, subjected to testing cold effects. The purpose of the work: the revealation of the mechanisms of the hormonal regulation, lying in the base of the high resistance to the cold of the grown-up animals, subjected to the short-time coolings in the early postnatal ontogenesis, and the evaluation of its pathological importance in the formation of the phenotypic variations, accompanying the phenomenon of adaptation of the organism to anyone factor of the medium. The neurohormonal mechanisms, lying in the base of the high resistance to cold of the grown-up animals, subjected to the short-time coolings in the first days of life, have been revealed. It has been shown, that one of the main reasons is the stable adaptive modification of the central and periferal links of the hypothalamo-hypophysial-adenocortical and sympatho-adrenal systems, the hormones and mediators of which take part in thermal regulation. The common principle of the adaptive reconstruction is in reserving of the regulator components with the purpose of supporting the constant readiness of reaction to the cooling. It has been shown, that the formation of the adaptive reactions of the organism to the action of the different factors in the early ontogenesis appears at the grown-up animals as the apecific reconstructions, increasing the resistance to the cold and the stressor negative modification of the physiological and hormonal parameters, causing the reduction of the resistance to hypoxia.Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
