The object of investigation: the he-rats of the Vistar line (218 pcs). The work is aimed at clearing up the possibility of prevention from the ischemic disturbances of the heart rhythm with the aid of the adaptation to the combined action of the cold and physical load. The adaptation to the insulated action of the cold and physical load has limited the development of arrhythmia with the acute myocardium ischemia to be reproduced under the narcosis; the adaptation to the combined action of two factors has prevented from the arrhythmia development under the narcosis and without it.
